Ben's birthday party

Today we had Ben's birthday party, so it's been a fun couple of days for him. Two of the six kids we invited showed up, but they each brought along someone too, so it turned out to be a decent crowd. Ben was especially excited to see Austin, a boy from his Kindergarten class who he hasn't seen since school ended.

They all played in the pool and a little on the slip 'n slide for about an hour and a half, then we came in where we ate pizza and cake and opened presents. Everyone all seemed to have a really good time and Ben is excited to play with all his new stuff. We also set it up to have Ben go over and play at Austin's house on Monday, so he has more to look forward to.
